Working within the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, QYS offers a range of services to enhance strengths and build positive aspects.
The evidenced based practice QYS uses is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Trauma Focused in English and Spanish.
Our programming is based on skill building. All clinicians are specifically trained in treating trauma, addictions, functional family assessing and teaching parenting methods.
Specialty training includes NOJOS Level 1-4, DBT groups and individual, ART groups, Phases of Change addictions and Active Parenting of Teens course all of which are evidenced based interventions and
Medication Management and monitoring along with Neurobehavioral Status and Developmental Testing is provided by our Medical Director Dr. G. Sam Wilson, MD. A onetime genetic test is available to determine the best course of intervention for mental health symptoms, essentially taking out the guess work.
