Let our team help.  We have a team of professionals to take care of your client from intake to exit.  We will begin with an initial team meeting to create focus.  This is a helpful time to bring all of the initial documents required for placement and to meet the team.  Your client will have a specific treatment focus with a treatment coordinator to help them navigate services.  Along with the proctor/foster family they will have a tracker/mentor to assist them with specific tasks.
